 Long wire antenna adapter
|
Often referred to as Long Wire Balun, the LWA-0130 adapter is used to match the impedance of a long wire HF antenna to a 50 ohm input impedance of a receiver.
Such impedance matching usually results in a significant signal strength increase (up to 17dB in some cases, and approximately 5dB on average), compared to the long wire antenna connected directly to the antenna input of the receiver.
While this is a general-purpose product, it particularly well suited to match the input of WiNRADiO shortwave
receivers to the AX-05E long wire antenna.

HF common-mode choke
|
Common-mode noise is generated by computers, lamp dimmers and other
electric or electronic appliances. Such noise can be a problem especially in the lower portions of HF spectrum,
where weak signals can be sometimes completely obscured by noise.
The WR-CMC-30 Common-Mode Choke provides a means of reducing or eliminating common-mode noise from an antenna feedline,
resulting in a considerable increase of the received signal quality.

HF/VHF power Injector

The WR-BT-650 Power Injector (Bias "T")
provides a means of injecting DC power in a coaxial cable, to power remotely-located devices such as active antennas,
low-noise amplifiers and downconverters. It features a very flat frequency response, making it possible
to use this device in a very wide frequency range, from 20 kHz to 650 MHz.

VHF/UHF Power Injector

The WR-BT-3500 Power Injector (Bias "T")
provides a means of injecting DC power in a coaxial cable, to power remotely-located devices such as active antennas,
low-noise amplifiers and downconverters. It features a very flat frequency response, making it possible
to use this device in a very wide frequency range, from 50 to 3500 MHz.

UHF Downconverter

The WR-DNC-3500 UHF Downconverter
contains a high-stability local oscillator, mixer and filters to convert an incoming frequency range
of 1700-3500 MHz down to 0-1800 MHz. This can be used to extend the frequency range of VHF/UHF receivers, both
WiNRADiO and third party products.

Low-noise Amplifier

The WR-LNA-3500 Low Noise Amplifier
is a ultra-low noise figure preamplifier designed to operate in the range of 30-3500 MHz.
While it is ideally suited to WiNRADiO VHF/UHF receivers, it can be also used to improve sensitivity of most third
party receivers.
The amplifier employs the latest Silicon Germanium Heterostructure Bipolar Transistor technology
(SiGE HBT) to achieve its excellent performance, in terms of high gain, low noise figure and excellent third-order
intercept. |

Mounting clamps
|
The WR-AC-MC-01 durable mounting clamps, especially suitable for the WiNRADiO AX-71C VHF/UHF discone antenna.
The mounting clamps are not supplied as a standard with this antenna, and can be ordered as a separate option.
These heavy-duty galvanized mounting clamps make it possible to mount the discone antenna quickly and reliably on a mast.

Magnetic antenna base
|
The WiNRADiO AX-91M is a high quality magnetic antenna base designed to securely mount a wide variety of antennas for mobile outdoor and stationary indoor applications.
The base is equipped with a BNC socket and is ready to accept most types of antennas ranging from short tuned stub antennas to long telescopic and loop antennas both for receiving and transmitting.
While this is a general-purpose product, it is particularly suited to the AX-06B and AX-07B antennas.
